Richie Rich Caribbean Taste Express

It’s my 5th time getting food from this restaurant. I’ve only been satisfied once. Most if the time they are out of what I want to order even if it’s early. Their Card reader isn’t open and it’s an inconvenience carrying cash or using the ATM. Food is usually a hit or miss and most of the time the girl in the front has an attitude. Last time she was rushing and messed up my order, I didn't realize until I got home. I usually order the oxtails with white rice and extra gravy and cabbage. Usually the rice is bland or they give me most of the hard parts or the white rice (like the almost burnt rice from the bottom of the pan) and or they don’t give me the extra gravy that I ask for... sometimes the oxtails is missing flavor or they forget to put cabbage in my plate. It’s frustrating that I’ve only been satisfied with the food only 1 time. I’ve already given this restaurant so much of my money because when I come I order multiple plates but I’m so disappointed, they lost me and my family as costumers.
